Immigrants and newcomers, including Brazilians

Florida has the largest Brazilian-born population of any US state, and Broward is the Florida county where most of them live (Migration Policy Institute, 2026). Many newcomers have steady income but no Social Security number or US credit history yet. 3. The search or the listing. Rui shows you homes that fit or puts your home on the MLS with good photos and a clear description, in front of English- and Portuguese-speaking buyers.

5. Closing. Rui works with the lender and the title company until the keys change hands, and stays available after closing for questions.
