This policy explains, in plain language, what personal data Royal Star Corp collects when you visit royalstarcorp.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you are in Brazil, the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018) also applies; see "Visitors from Brazil" below.
Who we are

What we collect
- What you send us. If you fill in a form or message us on WhatsApp or by phone: your name, phone/WhatsApp number, city, what you're looking for (buying, selling, budget, financing) and anything you write in the conversation.
- Browsing data. Collected by Google Analytics: pages viewed, clicks (for example, on the WhatsApp button), how you found the site, device type, approximate location and cookie identifiers.
We don't ask for sensitive data (such as health or religion) or for bank details through this website.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and help you buy, sell or finance a property;
- To understand how visitors use the site and improve it;
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run the site and talk to you, and only for that purpose: WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) for conversations, Google for analytics and for receiving website form submissions (emailed to Rui and kept in a private Google Sheet), CallMeBot for a WhatsApp alert to Rui that a new form arrived (it carries only your first name or phone, the city and a page code), Microsoft for organizing contacts, and GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.) for hosting this website. If you move forward with a transaction, we share what's needed with the parties involved (for example, a lender or title company), with your knowledge. We may also disclose data when required by law.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics cookies to measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.
How long we keep it
Conversations and contact details are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, or while a transaction is in progress, and then deleted or anonymized, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what data we have about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. If the law of your state gives you additional privacy rights, we will honor them. Just message us on WhatsApp; we respond as soon as possible and always within 15 days.
Visitors from Brazil (LGPD)
If you are in Brazil, we process your data based on your consent (LGPD art. 7, I), which you can withdraw at any time. Because Royal Star Corp and our providers are in the United States, your data is transferred to the US based on your specific consent (art. 33, VIII). You have all the rights in LGPD art. 18 and may file a complaint with Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD) at gov.br/anpd. The full notice in Portuguese is on our Portuguese privacy page.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but no website or messaging service is 100% secure.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
